2. Description of Service

MemoriesForever provides secure cloud-based photo and media storage services. Our platform allows users to upload, store, organize, and retrieve their digital memories with enterprise-grade security and reliability.

Automatic backup and synchronization
Cross-device access and sharing
Data retrieval services
Subscription-based storage plans
Third-party service integrations (Google Photos, etc.)
AI-powered photo organization and facial recognition

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
Keep your contact information current
Use strong, unique passwords

4. Content Ownership and Rights

4.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the photos and media files you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide our services.

4.2 Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload content that:

Violates intellectual property rights
Contains illegal or harmful material
Includes malware or viruses
Violates privacy rights of others
Is obscene or inappropriate

4.1 Third-Party Service Integrations

4.1.1 Google Photos Integration

MemoriesForever offers integration with Google Photos through the Google Photos Picker API. By using the picker, you can select specific photos to import to our secure storage.

4.1.2 Permissions and Data Access

When you connect third-party services, you grant MemoriesForever the following permissions through the Google Photos Picker API:

Read access to photos and albums you explicitly select
Read access to photo metadata (dates, locations, descriptions) for selected items
No write, delete, or modification permissions

4.1.3 Data Import and Storage

Photos selected through the Google Photos Picker become subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your content, and we provide secure storage and organization features. Selected photos count toward your storage quota.

4.1.4 Disconnecting Integrations

Since the Google Photos Picker doesn't maintain ongoing connections, each import is a separate, one-time selection process. Photos you've already imported remain safely stored in our secure storage.

4.1.5 Third-Party Terms Compliance

Your use of third-party integrations must comply with the respective service's terms of service and API usage policies. MemoriesForever is not responsible for changes to third-party services that may affect integration functionality.

5. Service Availability and Data Security

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

End-to-end encryption
Regular security audits
Data backup and redundancy
Access control protocols

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Subscription Fees

Subscription fees are billed in advance according to your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

6.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments through Razorpay. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all fees incurred.

6.3 Late Payments

If payment is not received by the due date, your account may be suspended until payment is made.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained according to your subscription status. Upon account cancellation or expiration, data may be deleted according to our retention policies. We recommend downloading important files before account termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

MemoriesForever shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services with reasonable notice. We will provide alternatives or refunds for paid services that are discontinued.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and data may be deleted according to our retention policies.

11. Governing Law
