2. Retrieval Storage Policy
No Refunds for Retrieval Storage
Retrieval storage is a one-time service that provides customers with access to retrieve their stored files. Due to the nature of this service and the immediate access provided, no refunds are available once the retrieval service has been activated.
Retrieval storage purchases are final and non-refundable. This policy ensures that we can provide immediate access to your stored memories when you need them most.
3. Subscription Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Allowed, No Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
No refunds will be provided for cancelled subscriptions. Your storage access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle, after which your data will be permanently deleted.
What Happens When You Cancel:
- You retain full access to your stored files until the billing cycle ends
- No further charges will be incurred after cancellation
- You can download your files during the remaining access period
- Data will be permanently deleted at the end of the billing cycle
- You can reactivate your subscription at any time before deletion
4. Plan Upgrade Policy
Prorated Refunds for Upgrades
When upgrading to a higher-tier plan, we provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of your current plan and create a new subscription for the upgraded plan.
Upgrade Process:
- Calculate the unused portion of your current subscription
- Process a prorated refund for the remaining time
- Create a new subscription for the upgraded plan
- Immediate access to upgraded features and storage
Example:
If you have 15 days remaining on a monthly plan and upgrade to a higher tier, you'll receive a prorated refund for those 15 days and start the new plan immediately.
6. Failed Payment Policy
If a payment fails:
- You'll receive multiple payment reminders
- Your subscription would be in pending state until 3 days
- Data remains safe during pending state
- Access is restored upon successful payment
- Repeated failed payments would result in subscription termination
7. Refund Processing
When refunds are applicable:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider
8. Exceptions and Special Cases
In rare circumstances, we may provide refunds or credits at our discretion for:
- Billing errors on our part
- Account security breaches caused by our systems
- Legal requirements or court orders
