What is retrieval storage and why is there a cost?
To keep storage fees low, we store your files in long-term archival storage. When you need to access or download files, we retrieve them from archival storage, which incurs a retrieval fee.
Why do you charge separately for file retrieval when other cloud services don't?
We use cost-effective long-term archival storage to keep your ongoing storage fees low. Unlike general cloud services that charge premium rates for fast storage, we only charge when you actually need to retrieve files, making our service more affordable for long-term photo preservation.
Why does my payment receipt show a personal name instead of the business name?
We're a small startup registered under MSME, not yet GST registered. Payments are processed through Razorpay, which shows the account holder's personal name. We're committed to building a trustworthy photo preservation service and appreciate your understanding as we grow.
